Mr. Bruce contacted me the day before closing asking about compensation split, I informed him that I had NOT seen a settlement statement yet. He said that they were working on it and that I would get it shortly. I never received a settlement statement for corrections even on the day of closing which his office missed my company’s administrative fees. When contacted I never got the call back and when I contacted Mr. Bruce,I was told that it was my fault, and when I reminded him that his office NEVER sent my company the settlement before closing, he had no remedy and said that it was on me. Although it wasn’t a lot of money, it was the was I was handled. Settlement statements by law are to be sent out before closing for this reason….. corrections.
