Another court appointed lawyer who does the bare minimum that they need to do to get paid. Maybe Rogers is different if you hire him privately but if he’s your court appointed, good luck. He doesn’t respond to client requests for meetings, doesn’t return calls, emails, or letters from friends and family (who have permission to speak with him), and the ladies in his office (Ashley and Amanda) constantly cover for him & help him dodge anyone looking to get in touch with him. The best he will do is get you a plea that’s not even reasonable, convince you to take this out of pure fear (or more likely bc he doesn’t want to work), and then once your loved one has barely signed their name on their papers, he will ask the judge when he gets paid. This has got to be hands down the worst attorney I’ve ever hired in my life. If you want somebody to steal your money and do absolutely nothing for you this is EXACTLY who you should hire!! I was told by a coworker not to hire him and my goodness I wish I would’ve listened!

Went there very tiny... Doesn't take the time to listen... Take your two hundred consultation fee to someone better

Give you the run around. They will post a vacancy. When you contact them the same day you see that the house is open they will wake 3-5 days & say the home is rented out
