Megan Rogers was absolutely amazing! She worked with my family and me for three years as we tried to settle a complicated case involving several estate and property line issues, a contract issue, and issues with local governments. Though I live out of state and interacted with her mostly remotely, she made me feel confident that our case was being handled professionally and in a timely manner. I can't say enough great things about Megan, and I truly admired her calm, professional, and friendly demeanor. Very highly recommended! A million thanks, Megan!

Megan Rogers is not a good attorney nor even a trustworthy one. In my opinion and likely many other clients opinions as well, she is basically a fraud and a very dishonest person. She took several thousand dollars (over 3k) as a retainer from me and never followed up, didn’t do any work, only showed up for one short 30 minute of what was to be an hours’ scheduled meeting, sent bogus made up billing statements for work not done, and then made excuses saying that she was “going through a rough divorce and custody battle with her ex” and “couldn’t pay her rent so she needed the money!”… . She said that she needed my money to help with those costs and never returned my funds! Meanwhile she was taking her daughter to pony riding instruction! Megan has been a Godsend! When my mom was ready to get estate planning and long term care plans in order, Megan was amazingly flexible and helpful. She met at my mom’s nursing facility several times and knew all the right questions to ask. She was able to explain things that we didn’t understand, clear up any confusion my mom had, and make the process easy. Not fun things to talk about or have to plan for, but her straightforward and wise manner helped us all get through it. We feel like we are all in a much better place having worked with Roger’s Law.
