Avoid at All Costs if You Want a Smooth Closing If you’re buying or selling a home, I strongly recommend staying away from this attorney. I recently closed on a house where they represented the seller, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. The closing was delayed simply because they sent critical documents to the wrong address. Rather than taking responsibility, they placed the blame elsewhere—even expecting FedEx to somehow resolve the issue on its own. It’s deeply concerning that such a careless mistake was made with confidential documents. Their lack of accountability and professionalism caused unnecessary stress during an already complex process. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

Steve handled my condo sale and I can only say that his service was outstanding. We had a few issues come up in our P&S and also a title issue, so not routine issues. All of these he handled with great skill and extreme diligence. If you looking for a firm to handle your real estate closing, I think you can choose Rogaris and sleep well.
