I don’t understand how this firm could have any bad reviews. My experience with Rodriguez Longoria Law Firm has been nothing but positive from start to finish. The receptionist is always so kind, welcoming, and attentive she never makes you feel like a burden and always takes the time to help with anything you need. Attorney Longoria himself went above and beyond for my mom during her immigration case. He regularly visited her at the detention center to check on her well-being, made sure she understood what was happening, and always kept both of us informed. He was patient, honest, and truly cared something that’s hard to find in legal representation. This law firm treated my family with compassion and professionalism throughout a very emotional process. I contacted the Longoria law firm after searching for someone to help me and my family. With the new laws I had no luck finding anyone that would be willing to help us. They helped my fiancé get his volunteer departure with to us was a miracle. Thank you so much for everything.

do not GO HERE! They steal your money and your time! The assistants are rude & the main lawyer JOSE RODRIGUEZ, loves to cuss his clients out! When they ask for paperwork they love to not give you the full information and make you go back and do everything all over again! Apparently what we paid him wasn’t enough to continue doing his service and complained it was wasting his time! He initially asked for a certain amount and that amount only, but claims he is wasting his time. He never mentioned he needed more money til we fired him. We only asked for a bound court and kept repeating he has submitted the paperwork we work on for weeks, but when I called his assistant ratted him out and said no paperwork was turned in and to end it, the detention center mentioned nothing was processed and to

Jose Rodriguez does a great job. He was able to get our relative released from immigration custody within a couple weeks of us hiring his firm. I will say he's more effective if the detainee is in TX vs another state as he is unable to visit them and get the same response from the deportation officers. Overall, our family truly appreciates the work he did and definitely would recommend.

Amazing service! They were always so welcoming, helpful, efficient and willing to provide information if needed. I definitely recommend this law firm 1000%.
