I am giving two stars, not based on legal representation, but on my initial experience with your office. Unfortunately, I did not get the opportunity to speak with the attorney. When I called to inquire about a consultation, I spoke with someone I believe to be the office secretary. The interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Rather than first asking for a brief overview of my matter or determining whether my case was something the firm handled, the immediate focus was whether I was willing to pay a consultation fee in cash. In my experience, most firms at least gather a summary of the issue to assess fit before discussing payment details.
