I met Miles Zatkowsky, Esq. through a presentation at Lifespan and contacted him to do a Will, Power of Attorney and Healthy Proxy. He took the time to explain all the legal terms and collected detail from me for the documents. They are now finalized. Even though I don't have a lot of money, there may be some left when I die; plus their will be the contents of my apartment. The Will now spells out how all of that is to be dispersed in a simple way. It took me forever to create these documents, at 82 ya it was about time. Return emails are left unanswered ~ NOT pleased with parents Estate in Trust for over Seven Months :( until we can Finalize our Family Estate I/We do not have any Positive Feedback at this moment Yolanda and Meagan informed Powell Family that Estate would Close with Trust in Feb 2026. Yolanda R. & Meagan C. constantly speaking about my parent Medical Debt. With technology this information could have been scanned and sent months ago. Powell family feels that this Trust Law Firm staff is dragging their feet; Left hand do not know what Right hand is doing. My dad passed(RIH) in April 2025; April 2026 is Fast Approaching still NO Closing Date 😞
