My husband had questions about succession papers that were drawn up years ago by this law firm. He spoke with Joe Mize, who drafted the paperwork. A few months later, my husband followed up with the law firm with further inquiries. By that time, Mr. Mize had taken ill and was no longer taking questions/clients. However, when my husband called, he was not given this knowledge at first. He was given the run around several times until finally he asked the secretary point blank whether or not Mr. Mize would ever get back to him. When the secretary confirmed that Mr. Mize was no longer working, my husband asked for the name of another lawyer at the firm that could continue to further provide us assistance.
