It's dumbfounding to me how people in service oriented businesses have no concept of being service-oriented minded. As I wrote to Michelle (attorney), I have never been treated so unprofessionally or dismissed as I was by Emily. Her lack of professionalism and humanity, and her need to gate-keep and not provide a service, were beyond my comprehension.
