Bill Robertson (Robertson Law Firm, Eufaula, AL) We were under contract beginning October 18, 2025 with closing scheduled for November 18, 2025. The closing was extended three times due to seller signature issues and documentation defects. After nearly four months, the transaction was cancelled on February 11, 2026 because the sellers were still unable to properly execute. When signature authority or title defects exist, they should be identified and resolved promptly. Buyers should not remain under contract for months due to preventable execution issues. As of this review, cancellation documents are still pending seller signatures, delaying the return of earnest money. This process lacked efficiency and proactive resolution.

I have personally worked with this law firm on multiple occasions. Bill and Barbara are wonderful. They do a through job and are very personable to business with. I highly recommend them.
