I initially called to get my will updated but while leaving a message my phone went out. I was unsure if the message went through so since I was out I stopped by the office. The lady who greeted me was kind enough and informed me that they schedule appts by phone. As I was walking out Mr. Bodoh called me back, so I kindly said Hi, I am actually at your office. He coldly told me that now how they do it and I needed to do it all via email. He was very rushed and condescending when he was speaking to me, even telling me that even a 7 year old could fill out the worksheet he would send me. I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me so I ended the call with a thank you. I will not be using or referring this law firm to anyone I know.

I’ll corroborate reviews of Keith Bodoh’s rudeness and impatience with customers who are using a prepaid legal plan. He spoke down to me, saying he refused to “spoon feed” me information about how small claims court works during our 12-minute phone consultation. I’d asked whether it’s necessary to subpoena a collision repair person to prove damages done to a car — this was not a dumb question given my hit-and-run case and I didn’t appreciate him speaking to me as if it was.

I've worked with these guys on a number of cases for more than a decade. I've seen first hand how they treat their clients once they've taken a case. They are very professional with their clients. I wouldn't hesitate for a second in sending an Atlanta area serious vehicle or personal injury case to Matt, a medical malpractice or wrongful death case to Keith or a will or an estate matter to Morgan. I just googled their name so I can send their number to a friend as a referral and saw that I can leave a review here. After contacting someone within the firm, I can attest the following: 1) They prefer to deal with people who do not use a legal plan (e.g. Hyatt/MetLaw). If they know you are planning to go in that direction, they'll find ways not to take your case. 2) The attitude on the phone consultantion can only be described as curt and impatient. 3) If you walk in to their office with money and no inclining that you are coming on using a legal plan of any sort, you will have a more palatable experience. Otherwise expect a dismissive tone and attitude.
