The Junior attorney, Jacob Johnson, assigned to support my case extended ‘negotiations’ for an extended time period with the opposing counsel and agreed to fees that they would charge with the opposing counsel. We did not come to a resolution as there were still outstanding issues with the sellers upholding our contract so Robertson and Associates submitted documents to the court to Withdrawal that had false statements. I would NOT recommend this firm.

My experience with this law firm has been very positive. Joseph Garfunkel goes above and beyond. When we first met, he was easy to talk to, and my nerves quickly disappeared, because he was so down-to-earth, friendly, understanding, and I could tell he genuinely cared about his work and his clients. Lee Robinson is the worst lawyer you could hire Very incompetent and greedy. Took my civil lawsuit from civil court to Supreme Court and made it the worst experience in my entire life. My civil lawsuit got dragged for several year in the Supreme Court with jurors while it's a civil matter and cost me over 50k. Everybody including judges were questioning why my lawsuit is being tried in Supreme Court. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS "lawyer" to my enemy.
