One of the worst lawyers I have ever met in my life. Never did anything he was supposed to my family paid almost 10 grand with the promise of not seeing no prison and my brother got one year from Max sentence with extended term I do not recommend him as a lawyer I would look for others. He used to be a public defender for Murphysboro Illinois if that don't tell you something find better you will be very disappointed with him promise

I provided photos, videos, and recordings. I was honest; she and hers lied. Brian Roberts used nothing I gave him and showed up late due to a phone appointment known months in advance. I should have fired him as unfit council but was afraid to given the context of the situation. Do not give this man your money.

Absolutely exceptional attorney who revitalized my sister's case when all hope seemed lost. He successfully turned things around, securing everything she desired. He tenaciously advocates for her interests, persisting through every court appearance, and is readily available to address any questions she may have. He does not exploit his professional status to take advantage of people.

After a brief consultation, the man had me convinced I was just going to be a worthless felon for the remainder of my life. He explained that although my record could be sealed, it was impossible to remove it from 3rd party databases regularly used in background checks. After about a month of depression I was later informed that it’s pretty simple to send it the court papers to whichever 3rd party and have it removed from their database. I’m glad I didn’t allow this man to ruin any hope I had at a decent life.

My fine was never paid, and when I inquired about it at the circuit clerks office, they said that they never received it. I had paid his office and they never sent it. Now my license is suspended and I have to try and deal with that. This isn't the first time I've heard of it with him either.
