I am writing this review to share my personal experience with Attorney Roberta Foxx during my children’s custody case. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and left me feeling that my children’s best interests were not adequately represented. Throughout the case, Attorney Foxx failed to maintain basic communication. She repeatedly ignored my phone calls and did not respond to my inquiries, even when the matters were urgent or directly affected my children. As a parent trying to navigate a difficult legal process, this lack of communication created unnecessary stress and made me feel completely unsupported. Roberta Fox is an amazing attorney/person. She will represent your best interest and not give up until a fair resolution has been made between two parties. She's extremely knowledgeable, hard working, and actually cares about her clients. She will never steer you in the wrong direction! The staff that she has working for her are very polite and helpful. Whatever legal situation you're going through, her extensive knowledge of the system makes things less stressful for you. I highly recommend her services!

Would not take my case to trial told me that because my grandfather was older I would loose the family court case even with all the overwhelming evidence I had. If you have the money to hire a lawyer do not waist it on this attorney. I will put an update on this review after all the depositions were finished they were found not credible. They were not able to take the lawsuit to trial and had to settle.

I would highly recommend Roberta Fox to everyone, especially a father who is fighting for visitation and other rights for their children. Not only was I able to get everything I was looking for but Roberta got me more conditions in my favor than I hoped for. I am greatful to have had such expertise on my side....

This lady goes for money and doesn’t place children in the best circumstances. Especially when the child is scared of the parent and has been kicked from the home, but because it’s a bigger home that’s her choice. I find her a joke and even placing another child that became a cutter. God help these blessings.
