I called for a free consultation. It was unhurried and pretty in-depth. Mr Weimer followed up with a detailed email outlining options for going forward. There was a further phone call and email based on new info. I was not charged for anything and I found him invaluable just for giving me a handle on my situation. I hired Mr Weimer to defend me in proving my sister was abusing her POA dealing with my father. After paying Mr Weimer approximately $5,000, I was late on replenishing my account. During that time I had called him three times and left messages. Unfortunately I never got a return call until later. When he did call me it was like he was trying to reprimand me for calling him multiple times. At that point he threatened to drop my case if I did not replinish my account by paying the outstanding invoice by the end of that day.
