Horrible. Agent recommended their servicesite and I overnighted the escrow check to Attorney King. I was told the next day the he is no longer doing real estate closings with a mortgage. 1 star for returning my check otherwise it would've been 0 stars

He is highly educated and does great documents. He explains everything so thoroughly and makes great suggestions while still doing what you really want done that you may have not even though of doing!
