The Poulsen & Skousen law firm is the BEST in the business. Robert J. Poulsen has been involved with the property management industry for many years. He is very knowledgable with with current legislative issues that concern our industry, particularly the Manufactured Housing issues. This law firm is staffed with amazing and intelligent people who understand the law.They have a clear understanding of the rights of landlords and residents, and with that treat everyone equally and fairly. They have made a huge and positive impact on our business. I would hesitate recommending them to anyone in need of a good law firm.

Been trying to get ahold of someone at the firm for almost a week. Left numerous voicemails and haven't recieved a call back at all. Makes me think they're out if business or simple suck at phones. I am a property manager. Shelly and this law firm have been crucial in helping me bringing my properties back up to a standard that people would want to live in over the past years. In order to so, we've had to evict many from our park for rule violations, endangerment issues and non-payment of rent. Shelly has been knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way and has been able to professionally handle several difficult tenants. This law firm is by far the most knowledgeable and capable when dealing with mobile home law and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my properties.

Robert Poulsen listens and advises with clarity and wisdom. He is honest, upright, and fair. He puts the clients' interests first as far as is legally possible. If there is anything that infuriates him, it is that someone has taken unfair advantage of an innocent person, and he will seek reclamation. He is highly professional and I have recommended him to family and friends. (I'm not sure where those other reviews came from, but my guess is they have not worked with either of the attorneys as both are male and neither are female.... So I don't know which 'she' the reviewer would be referring to.)
