Robert J Potrykus

I had an incredibly horrible experience with attorney Robert Potrykus. From the start of my case in April, he was not only unprofessional but also demeaning and belittling. Not once did Robert ever do any actual work on my case. In a recent attempt to get my case off of his desk (because it wasn’t an easy enough win) Robert flipped the script by blaming my botched surgery on me, claiming he knew the type of person I was. I was left baffled by how he could attribute a doctor’s errors to my character. Not only do I have a 2nd doctor’s opinion confirming the botched surgery, but Robert accused me of not doing my part to continue with litigation. He made many degrading comments implying that I don’t have enough money, shaming me for not paying off my botched surgery yet. Sorry Robert, I’m not

I presented my case to Robert J Potrykus and it was something he advised me about. He suggested how I should resolve the problem, and what legal avenues I had available. This was two phone conversations and several emails, and he didn't charge a fee for his advice. That says a lot about the person you would be hiring to do your legal work. This professional put the client before his own profit. I would recommend Mr Robert J Potrykus.
