I listened to, and watched, his recent presentation on a couple of the Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. He is an excellent presenter, well organized, proficient in the use of Power Point to positively enhance his speech, welcomed any questions, was confident but not arrogant, willing to admit that he didn't know the answer to one of the questions.
