My daughter 's Grandma left her money from her estate, it's going on 3 yrs. My daughter still hasn't received any funds, office does not give details, except that there working on it (working on what) Never got to speak with Mr. Krupp, only to a Debbie which never returns my calls. I don't get any positive answers makes me wander. When I do call I get ask the same question " What is my name and number" and like I mentioned never a call back. Very unprofessional Law Firm, and the last I did call was rudely hung up on in a the middle of trying to get answers.... Something just does not add up and I feel the office of Robert J. I used Robert for my divorce and what a mistake!!!! His rates are outrageous for the results you get. He wont return phone calls in a timely manner. When I had questions it took weeks/ months to get responses. Worst experience ever if i could give him a -5 I would. Now that my divorce is finally finished i had a couple questions and was looking for direction on who to get ahold of and 6 months later the receptionist told me to look for other representation. Very disappointing and disheartening when i have paid someone so much money and they don’t have the decency to answer a couple questions.

Mr. Krupp was my attorney for my divorce 7 years ago. I reached out with a question based on my decree and he refused to return my calls stating he’s no longer my attorney. He was paid in full for his services and refuses to answer a question about something he wrote up??????? Look elsewhere if you need an attorney.

My company searched for 3 years to find a good attorney . The owners of the company are so very happy to have him.
