Please look at other options first. Im giving this place a 1 star for many reasons I won’t recommend it at all. From the case taking a long time just for injury, to it taking way longer after you sign to get paid and get told 3 different stories from everyone covering each other here to someone always being off or out or on vacation to being told it’ll be 2 weeks to a month. Just shows how much this firm cares about the people. To mediations being canceled and you having to wait 4 months for a response almost 3 yrs later to get a very low amount of money. You also don’t get told you have to pay your own copays for going to get treatment that comes out the amount owed to you to all filing costs coming out of your pocket as well. I’m just saying that I’m very unhappy about this practice because some of the professionals are not on point. I had a case that I thought Robert Segal would be in charge but instead I had a young lawyer that acted like he was afraid to speak out. I had no support at all. I felt like I was on trial instead of the person who should have been on trial. I had to drive from Virginia to be in court for 3 days . The person who caused the accident was not there and that was okay with the court. There were accusations that I said that this accident caused permanent damage and the lawyer representing me didn’t object to and I wasn’t allowed to object to the accusations. It cost me money to get there but that was okay.

This is my first experience with this law firm, so far they have been attentive and respond within a reasonable time with any necessary answers needed

My initial case was off to a good start when I initially contacted this office. I was working with Mr. Segal himself in 2018. Completed all of my treatment and got everything else documented in its order which already took more than 2 years of screenings and appointments between doctors. I received a call first from my initial paralegal (Lisa) stating that his son (Adam) just came to the firm and would be taking over my case going forward. Spoke to him maybe twice in the midsts of him “handling” my case and he basically said my case wasn’t gonna get me much in return (which turned out to be wrong). Fast forward to 2021 I called to speak to my paralegal only to find out she had left the firm without notice and I would then hear from a paralegal named Jackie. My arbitration comes up its no
