I have been a client of Mr. Deluca for over seven years. I suffered a catastrophic injury at an amusement park which ended my career as a health care professional. I was represented with extreme professionalism, exceptional knowledge and awarded a positive outcome. Mr. Deluca navigated the case through the state courts and was able to successfully defeat a blanket waiver and arbitration which would have moved the trial location to courts where the accident occurred, which was concealed on the admission ticket. Absolute disgrace for a lawyer. My boyfriend filed for divorce over 2 years ago. Deluca used covid as an excuse for delays in the beginning-It’s two years later he has done NOTHING!!!! Anything that has been filed has been done incorrectly. This office does not return calls or emails. His staff is completely incompetent as well . Deluca is a fraud and will talk in circles!!! Asked multiple times for invoice as a large retainer fee is required - unable to produce for 2 years. Guess what when he finally produced it he claims all of the retainer $$ was used. Needless to say we are done with this joke of a lawyer & found a competent lawyer!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

Needed 5k to start trial? Asked for any payment options.. 2k by preliminary?? Scheduled a meeting at the office after court hours... mr.deluca didn't bother to show up??? Secretary told me he was in court????deferred to his divorce lawer?????Then proceeded to sit through the most money hungry disgusting conversation I've ever had?????? Was able to get a felony and misdemeanor charges dropped to probation for the price of this guy to show to a prelim... should have known when the guy gave me his card stumbling off a bar stool at Casey's on the way to his car...

Absolutely not a lawyer you want on your side. Bob DeLucca took a $2500 retainer and held up my divorce case for over two years doing absolutely nothing and leaving me stranded during a hearing as a no-show. After numerous correspondences, I never received any response and ultimately had to retain another attorney.
