Robert was a pleasure to work with - he was incredibly diligent, detail-oriented & very, very patient through both the sale of my prior dental practice & my acquisition of a new practice. I had zero hiccups throughout the entire process, and I know probably that all of that was attributed to Robert's help & assistance throughout both deals. He was wonderful to work with , I was told , from both my lender as well as my real estate attorney. He has a great circle of professionals he works with & this helps his clients get excellent results. I will not hesitate a moment to work with Robert again in the future if the opportunity arises.

Thought I could handle the lease agreement for my new office on my own. It's boilerplate, what could be simpler? What a misguided thought. Robert took one look at the contract I was about to sign and stopped me. After his review, there were so many things wrong I was shocked. Things I didn't even notice because they were buried in legalese and things that were just mistakes I didn't catch. The lease was made out in my name not my LLC's! That catch alone was worth the call, but there were so many more. Robert's attention to detail and calm and clear way of explaining everything made the process so much better. I feel secure in the knowledge that I have someone watching out for my best interests. I was way too close to the situation to do this on my own. I am so grateful that I had Robert

This is a horrible attorney he does not know how to write up a rental lease to protect your assets I am losing my real estate because of him. He did very little to no communication with me i thought I hired a lawyer to protect me. All he was concerned about was getting a check. I spoke with 4 others attorneys that looked at the lease he prepared and they said sloppy lawyer he should lose his licence and the dental broker from AFTCO was only concerned with the sale of the dental practice led the buyer to believe the Realestate was for sale. stay away from this lawyer and Kim Ianotta and AFCO
