Efficient and effective! He has a good sense of humor, too!
I called his office and asked a direct question. He took me through hoops. Told me he wouldn't be able to help me until next year & when I asked him if I could call him then he said he wouldn't be able to help me without giving me a reason.
I've had dealings with him a few times. I'm for the most part very satisfied with him and the service he provides.
