This is my second home that I have purchased with Mernasya, she is excellent, attention to detail, follow -up. This last purchase of mine was difficult with many delays , inappropriate requests from the lender etc. Mernasya held her ground, protected my interest right to the end of the sale. I am a Psychiatric Nurse Clinician with a large practice, and little time to focus on details. Mernasya understood that, and took the burden away . I strongly recommend her to everyone with a demanding schedule, and no time to deal with the multitude of problems that may arise when you are buying a home. She won't let you down
