While Mr. Rivas had a great reputation in Chickasha, he’s on the verge of retiring, if he hasn’t already. He doesn’t return phone calls, emails, and zero follow through. His assistant, Shannon Loggins, is the same way. I was very disappointed to learn that the information, legal guidance and direction he gave me was false. He wasn’t willing to own up to his fabrication or correct his mistakes. The upstanding, morally ethical Christian he preached to be, ended up being his ego and he’s the same, typical attorney. Lies, misleading, inability to communicate, smoke and mirrors. Thorough, morally upstanding attorneys are hard to come by, Ryland is your typical attorney.
