This law office is nuts. I defaulted on a loan. Not sure how much it was but I know it wasn't over $500. These guys have been taking half my check for the last 6 years to pay off a 500 dollar loan. Then they still say I owe $11000. Guess the only way I'm gonna get these people off my back is to file bankruptcy. Pretty sad they don't make much of an effort to even let you know the court date exists. I never even got papers on the court date. But it's pretty sad that I have to pay that much money back on a $500 dollar loan. So I just rechecked thus some how I'm paying an annual percentage rate of 46%. This is ridiculous and should be against the law never gonna get it paid off so I will be filing bankruptcy
