I never really had a problem with this company. I had used them several times before and was fairly happy with their service. Until my last purchase that is. I ordered some figures on April 11th. I wanted to be certain I get these figures before Easter. So I paid a little extra to get these figures before Easter. I had never had issues before in the past. I know from previous purchases i would get them at least a week out after I orders them. However this time i paid priority shipping to be certain I would get this quicker. Not only did it not matter I paid extra, but the items are now due here after Easter. Pretty aggravating. I attempted to contact Ringside collectibles and they just didn’t seem to care. I am not one to leave bad reviews or even contact businesses. But this was for my ki

i used to order from them fairly regularly. then i purchased a figure for a friend as a gift. apparently my friend had some sort of dispute with this company that i was unaware of; so when they saw the delivery address, they cancelled my order and issued me a refund without any sort of notification. i had to contact them to find out what the issue was. i ordered the figure for my friend from ebay. a few months later i tried to order some figures for myself for this establishment and they had me and my information flagged now and refused to sell to me, even though i did nothing wrong! i emailed them, several time, trying to explain this mix-up and no one ever responded. they kept me banned from their site. you guys are awful.

I wish I could get customer service from anyone other than Ben.
