What a waste of time and money. I needed an attorney to represent my LLC. Long story short, I fired Mike Cherba after months of getting nowhere(I also provided all the documentation so he had zero work to do besides negotiate), then resolved the issue myself for THOUSANDS of dollars less than his recommended settlement. Each time we spoke the settlement amount increases by thousands. He then even made deals behind my back stating “I checked my notes and you approved this”. Not to mention I was being charged every time the opposing counsel emailed him, which half the time was just complaints from the defendant, not even related to the case. He also acknowledged he knew the opposing council. Therefore I’m led to believe a form of collusion was happening. No way I can get a settlement after

Julie Casalone helped a credit union sue my mother who was completely disabled and in the middle of a disability case. She would not listen and was so rude. They never collected a thing because she again was deemed totally disabled and unable to work. Karma probably has already done her dirty work but if not she will. Have a nice life Julie!

I never leave reviews, but Jarrad Holst left me out to dry. Called and talked to him, told me to send over paperwork to start my case. Spent time and money sending documents...tried to follow up and check he received them...wouldn't respond to emails. Classy practice
