A Disappointing and Harmful Experience I retained Thomas Ricotta for a wrongful termination case with clear documentation, timeline, and a compelling narrative backed by public interest. What I received in return was neglect, vague communication, and a refusal to act—despite zero rebuttal from the opposing side. After multiple attempts to move the case forward, I was met with stalling tactics, phone tag, and empty reassurances. At one point, Mr. Ricotta even stated he would provide my evidence to the other side for “free discovery” just to “get them to the table.” That statement alone should disqualify him from representing clients with serious claims.
