Attempted to use this office for a Texas RV lemon law case. They were helpful at first, but then, many months later, it was "discovered" that I had "rented out" my trailer, so all bets were off with the manufacturer. Being an attorney representing clients in this industry, I would think that the very FIRST question asked of the client is, "do you rent the trailer out?" Well, we did rent the trailer out, because the salespeople TOLD ME I could "make so much money" renting it out (which is obviously part of their selling process). Although the answering service attendants are nice, they take your information and "send it to the lawyer" who will never get back with you. I have called and left all of my personal information and case history with the attorneys over 3 serperate times now and nobody has ever returned a call or email. They will say they are sorry and continue to do the same thing over and over. Wish local people were here to help local people as they advertise.
