As shady as they get. Receive random letters for my mothers bill and then try to call them and no one calls back. Then receive a court notice, again try contacting shady debt collectors and STILL no one calls back. I have tried to rectify this debt however now i call and the phone rings and then goes busy. I call the 800# and you need to know who is handling your account in order to get a live person...meanwhile none of the paperwork states a name of someone to contact. I now have a notice they are freezing my mothers bank account. Again, trying to call and i can't get a live person. I'm not even sure what this debt is for.

Got a demand letter from this shyster today. It's for $4200 for an anesthesiologist bill - from 2017. First I'm hearing of it... But, yeah. Sure thing. I'll get right on that. Yeah. Right. Kick rocks.

They don't even deserve one star. They deserve to go to jail. This man got a subpoena for medical debt of $1,300 (from 2014!) fine, we'll pay what we are owed. However, he sent the charge double that amount which is STEALING. Then after a few months he sent that charge AGAIN to my bank. I owed 1,300 not $5,000 and am currently getting a lawyer to dispute all this bull. They are outright STEALING MONEY. Trash to society.

Call you and want anything they can squeeze out of you even if your homeless with no job it's pretty crazy how many numbers do they have too cause I block it everyime and they call with another one.
