The staff is very understanding & courteous. Mr. Ramsey is genuinely kind and makes one feel comfortable in what needs to be handled.

Horrible communication when he represented my fiancé in a custody case. Which is ironic considering over half our bill is basically for “correspondence with client and opposing counsel”. Spent $6300 for nothing that we could not have gotten ourselves without representation. He was never prepared and continued to blame the magistrate and other attorney. Was even late for the pre trial because he claims he did not know it was in person then had an attitude the entire time. I do not recommend him for family court matters.

When our aunt passed away, my sister and I reached out to Rich to help with her estate; our case was a bit different then most which made things more difficult. He and Julie handled our case with the utmost professionalism as well as compassion. Rich is very knowledgeable and Julie handled all the paperwork, explained everything and kept in good contact with us to let us know what was going on. I would highly recommend using him and I know in the future if I ever have another legal matter he will be the person I go to.

Attorney Ramsey is great to work with. I got myself into some trouble as a teen and young adult and had some criminal offenses that he is in the process of getting expunged. I highly recommend him to anyone that is trying get their record expunged. I will be having him set up a trust for me in the near future as well.
