As a licensed real estate agent I am familiar with, and deal with a lot of different attorneys while servicing my clients. I always personally recommend Richard if my clients do not have an attorney for their real estate transaction. He is thorough and knows what he is talking about. What I appreciate most, however, is his prompt follow-up as he always personally returns my call even if it a matter that his assistant can follow up with! That's what I call "great service"!

If I could rate 10 stars, i would ! I found his services to be that GOOD ! I was referred to Rich for a property purchase and only met him in person at the closing. But he is the REAL DEAL and was nothing short of extraordinary during what became an ordeal in first dealing with Dime Bank (THEY ARE HORRIBLE) . He was transparent along the way,was receptive to all my calls and texts and provided sound advice. At closing, he methodically explained every single document until we were satisfied and comfortable to sign. He also picked up on a property tax issue on the seller side that could have been a headache for us as buyers down the road. He definitely knows the real estate game, in and out. His flat fee was very competitive and i felt i got a great deal overall. I ever got a post closing

His staff especially Sue Ann and Anthony are phenomenal to work with. I would definitely recommend this law office if you need a lawyer when you are selling or buying property .

I see that the reviews for Richard Rodriguez and his staff are mixed. But I strongly believe they should be much more positive, indeed uniformly positive. I worked with this firm in 2012 when I bought my NYC co-op apartment, and I just concluded in 2023 a difficult sale of it after my wife of 49 years passed away. Richard, Maria, and Sue-Ann were terrific on both occasions: careful and caring, thoughtful and efficient, and relentless on my behalf. You will not find better.

Richard was my attorney when I purchased my home. He was incredibly hard to reach throughout the entire process,If you want to have a lawyer that is on your side, do not hire Richard.
