I am a pre-existing customer and have used this attorney to purchase property in the past. The experience was wonderful and they were great. Now I am selling another property and I reached out to them and they agreed to help. After a few phone calls and email exchanges at the point where contracts were ready to review and sign I was told they can't be bothered to represent me. This company does not care about its customers or their return business.

Best closing attorney around. Very friendly, efficient and so easy to get in touch with. He even returned my phone calls after 6 or 7pm and always had my best interest in mind. His staff is so great too! Would recommend him for any closing or real estate issue you have!

I did three closings with this office in the past year and as long as everything is lined up, they are good. But for the last one the seller wanted to stay in the property for 2months. I had mentioned to the attorney’s office that I can handle the deposit separately as I was traveling to India for family emergency and was going to be out of town for 6 weeks. There was an occupancy agreement signed , stating the seller will pay us the deposit but I was not told explicitly that I need to go after the seller for this and that this will jot be communicated to the seller. Factual thing is the attorneys office was dealing with the sellers attorney and we did not even go to the close to be able to collect the deposit because attorney Witt did the closing on our behalf.
