Communication between the attorneys and client has been nothing short of dismal. The process to get follow-up information is far too tedious. I'd appreciate if the assigned representative had a better way of speaking to clients, instead of having is wait 3 months and constantly leaving voice messages. My expectations of this firm have significantly dropped.
