Seller beware. I would not do business with this firm. Case in point, I sold my house and the closing was today. My attorney acted in good faith and gave this firm the closing documents earlier this morning. The deed was transferred and recorded in The Town Hall at 2:38 PM today and this firm did not disburse my money owed to me TODAY. So I’m sitting here on the day of the closing with my property recorded in someone else’s name (I.e., I don’t own the property anymore) and I don’t have a cent to show for it. I would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible way to do business, but at least they’re accruing interest this weekend on the money owed to me.

Popped in to get a registration notorized and was greeted almost immediately. The service was fast and professional and we were in and out in less than two minutes. Easy to find and plenty of parking.
