Highly recommended! Small business but they are easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. I was given a lot of things to read but they were available to answer every question I had. I would advise to contact them via email, I got responses faster that way. The court part takes a while (I'm sure covid does not help!) but they are not to blame. Overall great experience

Maryland rent court services is busy at times but be patient. I have three cases waiting scheduling dates do to COVID-19. Busy or not . They give great advice and very direct with answers. So don’t take it personally. You want them to be this way in court!!!! So give them what they need ask questions!!!! So you can give your case the best chance… but they have won every case we had! Don't use this company. Brett didn't mail me the documents I needed on time for the evictions so I had to drive to his location to pick them up. It was a complete waste of time because he put the wrong case numbers on the eviction notices so the sheriff's canceled the evictions.
