I closed on a house in Sept. of 2018, and at closing me and my husband made it a point to ask about how the property taxes were handled, the representative at R&P stated they were prorated and you can (clearly) see in the closing disclosure the prorate, where the seller owed their part of the taxes at closing. I went to pay my 2019 taxes, and I couldn’t because 2018 wasn’t paid. For over a month I was calling R&P for answers, they kept saying they would call me back, and never did. I got an attorney to look at my disclosure, they were more than sure I didn’t owe the 2018 taxes, my attorney contacted R&F and of course they said I owed the taxes, but they would call me Mon or Tues to explain why I owe. I have not heard from them at all. When all I wanted from the start was someone to explain
