This firm was recommended to me by MetLife Legal. I reached out to Joe to see if he'd be able to help me with some legal work around the purchase of a house. He agreed to help. He then apparently assigned the case to a colleague, Mark. I sent Mark, Joe, and their office staff emails with all of the documents they needed to review. After one initial phone call with Joe and one with Mark, I was unable to get either of them on the phone or to call me back, in spite of leaving voicemails and messages with their receptionist. On the day of the deadline for the attorney approval letter, I was finally able to get Joe to call me back and I found out that no one had actually been working on my case or even read the documents I sent. Great people, great firm. It’s unfortunate that some of us need to collect money, and other cant pay but these problems do exist. I have worked with firms across the country and never found one better than RGC. Whether your owed money and retain their services or owe money and they are collecting from you, count yourself lucky as they have ethics and integrity and are very fair people who do business the right way.

Awesome service, and responsive. I had a money judgement from a bad renter I had to evict from 10 years ago. Joe and his team were able to collect nearly all the money owed to me. I thought I would never see this money. It took them about 4 months to get a check to me. Amazing! Thank you!
