I’ve had a frustrating experience with the medical records department. They repeatedly call asking about medical records for a patient, even after being told the issue. This is disruptive and concerning from a privacy and professionalism standpoint. I hope they improve their communication and record accuracy. They continue to call regarding medical records for a patient, despite being informed multiple times about the situation. The repeated calls feel careless and raise concerns about how patient information is handled. This needs to be addressed, as accuracy and respect for privacy should be a priority.

in my opinion non existent overseas customer service. Seems like transfered all over the world to untrained phone agents. May just be my experience but extremely unpleasant and frustrating. think this co. got too big

One star is too much to give this company. They don't communicate with each other, and so I get blasted with emails, faxes and calls constantly for records requests I've already responded to. Someone needs to acquisition this poor excuse for a records retrieval company and liquidate their "assets", aka the terrible team that can't be bothered to do their jobs correctly.

This company gets a zero from me but I am forced to give them one star. We don't know the person for whom they want information. I told them we do not know them and they want the paperwork filled out stating that we do not known them. Then the fax doesn't work to boot. I don't have time for this foolishness.
