I knew the second we stepped into Mrs. Benche’s office waiting room that we were finally in the right place. She finally did what no other attorney in this valley could do for me in almost 10 years. She had my case settled 2 hours before we were set to go to trial, because the guardians we too afraid of all their dirty laundry to be aired out, and Mrs. bench was more than ready to air it all out… when my ex willingly put himself on the stand, she ripped him apart, it was brutal, but so satisfying to watch, she was absolutely exquisite. I was shocked to hear how unproffessional her mannerisms were. My daughter had the pleasure of dealing with her and she was using the "F" word and made an unproffesional remark. I dont think you have to be nasty to people in that position.

Had her as a divorce lawyer, and in the beginning she had me convinced I would get half after being married for 24 years, she told me EVERYTHING I wanted to hear, she never answered my questions, talked to me like I was stupid, uhm, I’m not a lawyer nor have I Ever been divorced before, went to court, and she made me lie on the stand about if I was happy with her service. She literally made me take the deal, and told me I wouldn’t get more than I was. Along with givin him items I had receipts for.
