Jon Reaves has exceeded my expectations in every way! Car accidents are messy, especially when an injury is involved. Jon has made the whole process extremely easy. Visits to medical providers, imaging, and procedures have all been arranged with ease. If I could give zero stars I would for the aspect about how the staff treats paying customers. Erica is lazy and rude. The receptionist was awful as well. Some people should just not work in customer service. Lee law firm I would suggest you have a staff meeting before it is too late. Good luck!
