I can not say enough good things about Tom Coleman and his staff. Tom assisted me with arranging the sale of my mother’s real estate to my sister. It was not a “garden variety” sale because we were executing a private mortgage as part of the process. We ran into several roadblocks during the process, but Tom guided us through surmounting those obstacles. Tom was professional, courteous and respectful. I was amazed because if Tom was in the office, he generally took my call rather than getting back to me later, and I felt very comfortable communicating with Tom and knew that he understood my concerns.
