The staff at Raymer Law Group were great. They were very accommodating with scheduling our closing after a last-minute clear to close. Also, my seller client was out of state and the staff promptly handled the mail-away to ensure an on-time closing.

I would not recommend Raymer Law as a closing attorney. I have worked with dozens of closing attorneys over the years and Raymer Law was by far the worst. The communication was sorely lacking. They waited until the last minute to order the title search and called me on Thursday afternoon before a Tuesday closing with a laundry list of title issues that needed to be addressed, causing a lot of stress and uncertainty. They charged us $200 for a mail-away closing, which is excessive considering all they have to do is email some documents. They had a lot of arbitrary "rules" that they claim were put in place by their title company, making every step in the process overly complicated. I felt like Raymer Law was working against us the entire time, instead of actually representing our interests.

My recent closing at Raymer was the icing on the cake in what was the best real estate experience I've ever had, (thank you, Metro Brokers)! Ken was the closing attorney. He was professional and explained everything to me in easy to understand verbiage. He created such a fun and lighthearted atmosphere and also kept everything flowing well.
