I could never say enough positive things about Franki Parsons and Mark Kelly. They have been in my life for three years now and as of today, we closed this chapter in the most positive and successful way thanks to them. Thank you both for being on this crazy ride with me. Mark Kelly , Esquire came highly recommended from two additional lawyers prior to speaking to him. I was forced to do a over the phone telephone call after making arrangements for an in-person consultation and taking an entire day off and making travel arrangements from out of state. Upon the completion of my consultation I was told that he could not help me not because he didn't want to but because he didn't have the bandwidth. Why would he take a consultation if he wasn't prepared to and investigate the situation. I've done all the recommended things and he is only concerned about how much money you can spend on him I don't recommend this lawyer unless you are ready to drop a lot of money and him to focus only on money that seems to be his entire focus is how much money he can get out of

Mr. Kaminsky and John Brewster did an excellent job with a situation that I was completely overwhelmed with. They were always there to answer questions and keep me calm I appreciate these guys soooo much and will be forever thankful and grateful, it couldn’t have turned out any better for me and my family. I do not know what I would have done without them. I truly couldn’t recommend anyone better than these guys.

I requested services for a guardian ship case concerning my dad. After 5 months I canceled my commitment with the firm. I was charged over $8000 and never went to court with my lawyer. I don’t want to think about my cost would we have actually made it to court. My experience wasn’t great and I feel I was over billed for the services I received. Some advice would be to call your local court house and navigate this process on your own. It can be done.

John Brewster is efficient and effective. We needed legal help with a defamation and libel issue and John was able to resolve it for us very quickly. He listened to our issue and knew exactly how to help us. I hope to never need legal services again but if so, I will be calling John. Highly recommend.
