He was recommended to handle the closing of my condo purchase. For some reason after closing I received a large bill from the condo association saying that I owed money and that money was directly part of the closing costs. However, I paid the closing costs in full and was told by Henry that I had a “ Clean slate” and no prior monies owed by the previous owner would default to me. It’s been a year now and I have sent Mr Rappa email and phone calls over and over again. He said he would handle it He said he would make calls to clear up the matter. He said it would be cleared up by ( insert multiple dates) He EVEN said he would pay the amount to clear it up. He said he sent a check!!! He never did ….so he lied. I even asked him to show proof of payment so that I can follow up. I am still b

Wonderful experience! Henry is extremely thorough. top notch on his wealth of experience and knowledge. We have been to other attorneys in the past that have drafted up what we thought was all we needed. What a HUGE difference on what others have done and what Henry has created for us. Our real estate is now in trusts, wills updated that cover stuff that past ones failed to do, extensive Health Care Proxy (versus simplistic ones that you get at hospital). Everything is all spelled out and every scenerio covered (for example if we both die together.) He walked us through the process that can feel overwhelming and made it easy. Its a good feeling to have everything in order. Highly recommend.
