She is prompt, friendly, detail-oriented and truly makes the process easy. We met first over Zoom to meet-and-greet and do a needs assessment. In that meeting she was able to recommend a solid estate plan and way forward. She was also able to easily get enough information from our conversation to build us drafts, which were sent via the mail for review. Then we reviewed the drafts altogether over Zoom, made final edits and an appointment to sign in person in Mclean. At signing we walked away with all of our documents in a nice binder and homework to make sure all of our accounts reflected the agreed upon plans.
