Jeff was awfully good to my brothers and I. He is not like other lawyers that we had worked with. Jeff always followed up, he always called us back, and he always sent us copies of all of the documents, pleadings, responses, etc. Other lawyers were always looking for money from us without keeping us in the loop. Jeff worked on a contingent fee agreement, and based on his work the fee was totally fair. We needed to trust him, and we did, and we came out way better than we ever expected. I was disappointed by the recent intake process, and after several conversations, and lost emails regarding my case, it seems that I was effectively ghosted by the attorney. The funny thing is this attorney came highly recommended. I'm left wondering "what actually happened?" as I look elsewhere for representation.
