Canney was appointed as advisory counsel in my case. The alleged victim in my case was an attorney and government official who was refusing to fulfill their obligations. I had a list of questions and priorities that needed to be addressed when Canney was appointed and he stated that he would help with them. Two issues in particular were a Motion for a Subpoena to Disclose Evidence, and Motions to Compel Out-of-State Witnesses to Testify…they were two of the three highest priority items.
